Hoe communiceer je de prijs, hoe behoud je je marges, hoe pas je je aan aan je gesprekspartner, \u2026 Allemaal essenti\u00eble factoren voor succesvolle onderhandelingen. Deze opleiding heeft als doel om het verkoopsteam op z\u2019n gemak te stellen tijdens dit belangrijke deel van het verkoopsgesprek.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inhoud:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Verkopers met een minimum aan ervaring leren de verschillende essenti\u00eble onderdelen van het onderhandelingsluik kennen. Essenti\u00eble elementen zoals de T.C.O. (Total Cost of Ownership) waar de meeste beslissingsnemers zich op baseren zullen geen geheimen meer kennen.<\/p>\n<p>Deze opleiding gaat dieper in om volgende essenti\u00eble elementen van de onderhandelingsfase:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>De impact van de onderhandeling kennen<\/li>\n<li>Voorbereiding van de onderhandeling<\/li>\n<li>Zich niet enkel beperken tot de basiskennis van de andere partij, maar ook de geschiedenis van de relatie kennen, de context en de culturele gegevens<\/li>\n<li>Het profiel van de beslissingsnemer leren kennen (DISC 4 kleuren test) en dus van hun verwachtingen.<\/li>\n<li>De (non-)verbale communicatie beheersen<\/li>\n<li>De verschillende onderdelen van de onderhandeling duidelijk leren kennen (prijs, termijn, kortingen, TCO\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>De onderhandelingsruimte kennen (hoogte- en laagtebod, startbod en een eventueel alternatief)<\/li>\n<li>Juist communiceren van de prijs<\/li>\n<li>De standpunten van de gesprekspartner op voorhand bepalen<\/li>\n<li>Toegevingen doen en zichzelf flexibel voordoen<\/li>\n<li>Alternatieven voorstellen<\/li>\n<li>De juiste elementen gebruiken voor de onderhandeling (dashboard)<\/li>\n<li>De afrondingstechnieken beheersen om de onderhandeling af te sluiten<\/li>\n<li>De opvolging garanderen voor een correcte toepassing van de onderhandelingsresultaten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Voor wie?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Doordat alle oefeningen in functie staan van de deelnemersgroep is deze opleiding gericht aan alle verkopers met een minimum aan ervaring. Door een homogene samenstelling van de groepen blijven de resultaten van de opleiding gewaarborgd.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Verloop van de stage:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De trainers moeten eerst en vooral kennismaken met de opdrachtgevers om de opleiding zo goed mogelijk te laten aansluiten bij de deelnemers. Het gaat vooral om een praktische opleiding, met maximum 8 deelnemers en vertrekt vanuit een simulatie en een analyse van concrete situaties zodat de resultaten van de opleiding onmiddellijk in de praktijk kunnen worden toegepast.
