Aan de hand van een gedetailleerde vragenlijst wordt het mogelijk om niet alleen de ploeg maar ook de perceptie van de n+1 te analyseren en oorzaken te zoeken .<\/p>\n<p><strong>Methodologie \u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De vragenlijst bevat 60 vragen verdeeld over 12 rubrieken. Deze 60 vragen worden gesteld aan de medewerkers en aan de\u00a0 n+1. De 12 rubrieken zijn de volgende\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>De organisatie van het werk<\/li>\n<li>Communicatie in het team<\/li>\n<li>De verhoudingen met het team \/ n+1<\/li>\n<li>Teamvergaderingen<\/li>\n<li>De opdracht<\/li>\n<li>De werkomstandigheden<\/li>\n<li>De verandering<\/li>\n<li>De evaluatie van de prestaties<\/li>\n<li>De relaties \u00a0binnen het team<\/li>\n<li>Probleemoplossing<\/li>\n<li>De relatie met andere departementen<\/li>\n<li>De verloning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Deze vragenlijst is uitgewerkt door psychologen uit de ziekenhuissector, HR managers, consultants, opleiders en professionele coaches. Verschillende fases van \u03b2test werden uitgevoerd op representatieve groepen zowel in de profit dan in \u00a0de non-profit sector.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De resultaten\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De resultaten worden gepresenteerd \u00a0in de vorm van een uitgebreid verslag dat niet alleen het risiconiveau aangeeft van een crisis binnen het team maar vooral de punten waaraan bijzondere aandacht moet worden besteed. Hieraan worden een reeks aanbevelingen gekoppeld in het kader van preventieve of curatieve acties. De aanbevelingen worden aangepast aan de verschillende secoren en niveau\u2019s. De zaken kunnen inderdaad anders liggen naargelang de omgeving.
