Onder key accounts verstaan we zowel distributiepartijen en grote bedrijven als publieke bedrijven en instellingen.<\/p>\n<p>Het gaat om een zeer specifieke opvolging, waardoor deze opleiding bestemd is voor startende of ervaren Account Managers die dit specifieke aspect verder willen optimaliseren. Ze leren de eigenlijke beweegredenen van de beslissingsnemers kennen om zo beter in te spelen op hun behoeftes. Een bedrijfsleider heeft namelijk niet dezelfde behoeftes als een aankoopdirecteur uit de publieke sector. We besteden aandacht aan belangrijke zaken als S.L.A. (Service Level Agreement) of T.C.O. (Total Cost of Ownership).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inhoud:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Deze opleiding gaat dieper in op de verschillende stappen die noodzakelijk zijn om een verkoopsproces bij een key account optimaal af te ronden. De hoofdzaken zijn:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Het beheer van een key account en de keuze tussen de verschillende gesprekspartners<\/li>\n<li>De echte beslissingsnemers bepalen<\/li>\n<li>Het profiel van de beslissingsnemers leren kennen (DISC 4 kleuren test) en bijgevolg hun verwachtingen<\/li>\n<li>Op basis van de gedefinieerde profielen een strategie ontwikkelen<\/li>\n<li>Zijn\/haar boodschap aanpassen in functie van de verwachtingen van de verschillende gesprekspartners<\/li>\n<li>Goede voorbereiding van de onderhandeling<\/li>\n<li>Een constructieve onderhandeling uitwerken<\/li>\n<li>Kennis van de onderhandelingsruimte (hoogte- en laagtebod, startbod en een eventueel alternatief)<\/li>\n<li>Conclusietechnieken beheersen voor key accounts<\/li>\n<li>Langetermijn relatie cre\u00ebren<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Voor wie?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Doordat de oefeningen worden aangepast aan de deelnemers is de opleiding bedoeld voor iedereen die verantwoordelijk is voor strategische key accounts.<\/p>\n<p>Zowel nieuwe verkopers als meer ervaren verkopers die de specifieke key account strategie\u00ebn willen toepassen zullen dingen leren uit deze opleiding. Door een homogene samenstelling van de groepen blijven de resultaten van de opleiding gewaarborgd.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Verloop van de opleiding:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De trainers moeten eerst en vooral kennismaken met de opdrachtgevers om de opleiding zo goed mogelijk te laten aansluiten bij de deelnemers. Het gaat vooral om een praktische opleiding, met maximum 8 deelnemers, en vertrekt vanuit een simulatie en een analyse van concrete situaties zodat de resultaten van de opleiding onmiddellijk in de praktijk kunnen worden toegepast.
