Individual coaching may vary:
- Resolution Coaching :focused on the person, it is used when the coachee needs to solve an interpersonal business problem, a managerial one that implies himself in an individual issue (conflict management, stress management, relational blockages …)
- Development Coaching :It is suitable in the taking office case, change of job, promotion, leadership development, passing an professional obstacle that needs to better understand its strengths and areas for improvement in order to fulfill its new responsibilities.
- Strategic Coaching : finds its application in supporting against organizational changes, professional environment ones, states of crisis in the system that impact on the mission of the coachee.
- Transition Coaching : is a support system as part of a mobility policy and external professional repositioning. The aim is to set a new career plan.
