Team Coaching

Team Coaching can combine three major categories:

• • Facilitation : the coach prepares with the manager his meeting in order to accompany the design and implementation of a methodology for animation and enable him to achieve the objectives he has set.
  • Team building:the coach is mandated by a manager or a steering committee to help him to create a collective dynamic in a context of change or crisis, research missions and values, establishing a new team, innovative project, fusion, commercial challenge, new strategy.
  • Team coaching : the coach is mandated by the whole team to accompany him through time to the common goals or identified problems solving .
